You may own maximally three active cards.

  • Via the number 0900 90 41 41 (CHF 1.90/minute from landline)

Activation & Loading

How can I register my ok.– Prepaid VISA or MasterCard?

Visit www.okpunktstrich.ch/cards and go directly to my.cornercard.ch/ok.
During registration/activation you will be asked to provide the last four digits of your card and the serial number.
Subsequently, you can enter your personal data (in particular your mobile phone number) and select a user name and password.
You will receive a confirmation of card activation by SMS.

How can I load my ok.– Prepaid VISA or MasterCard?

Both cards can be loaded in all k kiosk, avec and Press&Books sales outlets.

Which fees are charged for topping up?

4% of the loading amount (at least CHF 2.-).

How much money can I top up?

Max. CHF 5000 a calendar year.

Where can I see my credit?

How quickly is my card topped up?

The card can be used within 10 minutes.

With your ok.– Prepaid VISA or MasterCard you can make cashless payments at more than 33 mio. dealers worldwide.

Which fees are charged with a payment?

4% of the loading amount (at least CHF 2.-).

Which data must I provide with an online payment with my ok.– Prepaid VISA or MasterCard?

During the registration process, you must provide your mobile telephone number and personal data such as for instance first name, surname, address, date of birth, nationality, e-mail address.

Are cash withdrawals possible from ATMs?

Cash withdrawals at ATMs are not possible with the “Basic” modality. You can “upgrade” your modality if you would like to make cash withdrawals at ATMs.

Can I perform a contactless payment with the card?

As a general principle, you can perform a contactless payment with your card wherever payment terminals are activated. Normally, you can recognise the contactless logo at the wave signal.

An amount has been booked off my card account without me having made a payment. What do I have to do so that the amount is credited again?

You have to report your complaints directly to Cornèr Bank without delay and in writing and definitely within 30 days after the booking date.

I already have an account with another card – must I register again?

You can simply activate the new card via my.cornercard.ch/ok or the number 0900 90 41 41 (CHF 1.90/minute on the landline).

Refund

How does the refunding of ok.– Prepaid VISA or MasterCard credit work?

You can apply for the refunding of the balance minus the administration costs of Cornèr Bank (in accordance with the chart on the revers). For this, you simply need to send your application to Cornèr Bank directly by registered letter with a copy of an official identification document and provide details of the bank or postal account of the card holder in Switzerland (in exceptional cases also abroad).

How long does it take for the ok. Prepaid VISA or MasterCard credit to be reimbursed?

Generally 5 to 10 days.

Loss or Theft

What can I do when I have lost my card or it has been stolen?

In the event of loss or theft of the card you have to inform Cornèr Bank immediately by phone (+41 (0)58 880 98 14). The Help Line is there for you 24/7 and will inform you regarding the possibilities of getting a new card or receiving the remaining balance.

PIN Code

Forgot your PIN code, what now?

You can send an SMS with the command “PIN+the last 4 digits of your card number” to the number +41 (0)78 202 94 94 or request a call to your mobile telephone number via your account on my.cornercard.ch/ok. The voice on the phone will provide you with your personal PIN code for your card.
